j8w Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

"j8w", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the j8w platform and its operating entity. "You" and "Player" refer to any individual who registers for or uses the j8w platform. "Platform" means the j8w website accessible at j8w.onl, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and support channels. "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform. "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all player balances are held. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback awarded to a Player by j8w.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on j8w, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player on j8w or any affiliated platform.

j8w reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where it reasonably believes any of the above conditions have not been satisfied.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on j8w. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. j8w reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details during registration. You must update this information promptly should any of it change. j8w may reject transactions or suspend an account where the information on record is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

j8w operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. j8w will not process withdrawals until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction. The KYC process is required by our internal compliance framework and is in place to protect players from fraud and identity theft.

3.4 Underage Players

j8w takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account suspended immediately. All deposits made by underage players will be returned minus any bonus funds credited. j8w may report verified cases of underage gambling to appropriate authorities as required.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Channels

j8w accepts deposits via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. j8w does not charge a deposit fee on its end; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution. j8w is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may be increased only after a 7-day cooling-off period. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. j8w may also apply platform-wide deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

4.4 No Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account in the same name as the registered j8w account. j8w does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be refunded and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. j8w does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes for standard amounts under ৳50,000. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional review may take up to 3 business days. Bank transfers may take up to 3–5 business days depending on interbank processing schedules.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Any active bonus funds in a player's account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before the underlying deposited amount may be withdrawn. j8w may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where required by our compliance procedures. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from within the Platform prior to processing.

5.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or game activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. j8w may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive account balances after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by j8w are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

j8w monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, making large single bets solely to meet wagering thresholds, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, j8w reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.

6.4 j8w's Right to Modify Promotions

j8w may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, the player's progress toward completing the wagering requirement will be honoured for a reasonable period as determined by j8w at its sole discretion.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

j8w reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only accepted if confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is generated. Verbal confirmations, screenshots, or browser cache data do not constitute a valid bet record.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; the market was offered in error with incorrect odds; or the event result is subject to a formal appeal or reversal by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL organising committee).

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. j8w uses commercially available data from recognised third-party providers for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets. In the event of a data feed failure during a live event, j8w may suspend in-play markets temporarily. Bets already accepted and confirmed before a suspension are not affected.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. The maximum single-bet payout is ৳5,00,000 per event. Accumulator payouts are capped at ৳20,00,000 regardless of the number of legs or total odds. j8w reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits on specific markets at any time.

8 Casino & Live Casino Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The j8w casino game library includes titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, and PG Soft. Game availability may vary and j8w reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any title at any time without notice.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game session, j8w will use all available server-side records to determine the outcome of the round. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the round stake will be returned to the player. Malfunction voids all pays and plays, in accordance with standard industry practice.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. Slots begin from ৳50 per spin. Live dealer table minimums and maximums are set by the game provider and displayed at each table. j8w may apply additional stake restrictions to specific players at any time.

8.4 RNG Certification

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based casino games available on j8w are supplied by certified game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. j8w does not modify game outcomes and does not have access to provider-side RNG systems.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j8w and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false name, date of birth, or address.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt betting activity in relation to any sports event offered on j8w.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game environment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j8w staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request to close their j8w account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's last used payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10.2 Closure by j8w

j8w may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or receipt of a self-exclusion request. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, j8w reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from j8w for responsible gaming reasons may contact support to activate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted. Players are strongly encouraged to also contact their bank or mobile wallet provider to block gambling-related transactions during any self-exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the j8w Platform, including but not limited to the j8w brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of j8w or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of j8w. Game content is owned by the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming, PG Soft) and is licensed to j8w for display on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j8w shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: losses arising from technical failures, game malfunctions, server downtime, payment processing delays, or third-party data feed errors. j8w's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit j8w's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the j8w Platform, you agree to first contact j8w customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Formal dispute submissions must be made in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. j8w will acknowledge all formal disputes within 7 business days and provide a full written response within 30 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14 Changes to These Terms

j8w reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, j8w will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the j8w Platform at j8w.onl/terms-conditions.
